this project outlines and reproduces the basic idea of the box-least-squares algorithm, a tool used to detect exoplanets. i've synthesized a paper explaining the different components of the algorithm and programmed it such that it's fairly easy to reproduce and understand. additionally, i've processed kepler 10b's raw data to validate my implementation.
